Members will be charged at the above rate for
the use of the track. |

Track rental fee will be based on per karter.
Petrol and any other lubricant are to be provided
by member themselves. |

Track rental fees are neither refundable nor transferable
under any circumstances. |
| 4. |
The Management reserves the right to close the
track to members should maintenance works or corporate
events be held on any particular days. Notice will
be put up to inform members of such dates. |
| 5. |
Members will also be charged a monthly storage
fee of $100.00 per kart. |
| 6. |
This membership is non-transferable. |
| 7. |
Applications must understand and agrees to free
Kart World Pte Ltd, its employees, agent and any
other persons connected to the company of any all
liabilities to theft, personal loss, injuries or
death that may occurs on its premises through negligence
or otherwise whilst member is within or using equipment
belonging to the company. Application are fully
aware of the inherent risks involved in karting
/ motorsports. |

Members agree to abide by any & all rules
imposed for safety reasons at all time & understands
that any breach of such rules any results in suspension
or revocation of membership without refund to any
dues paid to the company. |
